EXCHANGE EVENTS

From 2023 to 2024 I was an exchange student buddy at Soochow University's International Service Club, helping inbound students settle in and helping organise events for cohorts of over 100. I also led the team's visual design. This page covers two recurring events: a Language Exchange session held each semester, and an International Student Farewell Party.

The Language Exchange poster series was designed with a graffiti-influenced lettering style, taking visual reference from contemporary K-pop event aesthetics. The same logo and layout system was adapted across multiple colour variations to suit different semesters and contexts. I also hand lettered "Soochow University" into a repeating pattern that runs behind the whole series.

The Farewell Party materials took a different direction, drawing from traditional Lunar New Year visual language to reflect the event's timing and atmosphere.
